Motivate
We believe that working out should be fun and social. We've all heard of pub crawls so we thought, "why not a sweat crawl?!" We decided to start with snacks, a walk to one of our fave fitness studios for a 45 minute "mini-workout", another walk, another awesome 45 minute workout, and then we end at a local pub, brewery, or restaurant. We'll be with you the whole way to chat, help out, and support YOU.
