We will be starting at Pregame and then head off to our first stop, Orange Theory Fitness. From there we will POP on over to Root Whole Body and then Namaste our way to Southland Whiskey Kitchen.

2. Orange Theory Fitness-Slabtown
11:00 - 11:40 am
RUN. ROW. LIFT.
OTF will get our hearts racin’ and bodies sweatin’ for 45 minutes!!

12:00- 12:40 pm
