We will be starting at Coffeehouse NW and then head off to our first sweat sesh with Fulcrum Fitness. From there we will POP on over to Yoyoyogi and then Namaste our way over to Pregame.


1. Coffeehouse NW

10:00- 10:45 am

Get Fueled UP & Fired UP with

2. Fulcrum Fitness

11:00- 11:50 am

Get ready to sweat it out with 15 minute rotations 

that allow you to experience all 3 of

Fulcrum's work outs. 

3. Yoyoyogi

12:15- 1:15 pm

The Yoyoyogi Team will SLOOOOOW it down

with this breath based yoga class

4. Pregame

1:30- 2:30 pm


Ready Fit Go will be helping us celebrate you hard work by
